This weekend, at Motorland (Alcañiz), has seen the debut of Ares Lahoz, the 15 year old daughter of the car builder and driver Delfin Lahoz.
Ares has entered the CarCross Junior division, at the wheel of a Speedcar, completing an impressive debut with a 4th and a 2nd position in qualifying, followed by a 3rd and a 4th place in the heats that put her in 3rd position on the grid.
At the final race, run over 10 laps, Ares managed to get up to 2nd position, staying there for several laps before being overtaken by a rival to finnish third, thus scoring her first podium on her competition debut.
