The 2025 Spanish Autocross Championship held its fourth round on 9 and 10 August in Arteixo. The popular competition in A Coruña was once again a spectacular event, with a record number of entries so far this season and a magnificent result for Speed Car. Quim González and Pol Durán's Wonder took the top two positions in the always crowded Car Cross category, and Bryan Neumeyer's Wonder finished third in Junior, adding another podium finish for Industrias Lahoz products.
It was a mixed result for the two Speed Car representatives in the Buggy category. Igor Aguirrebereña managed to finish ninth in the final after occupying the same position in the timed session and starting the decisive race from tenth place after achieving two third places and a sixth in the heats. On the other hand, Eduard Bañeres, who had won the previous round of the competition, suffered a serious accident in the last heat after winning the second, which required the intervention of the medical services and prevented him from continuing in the competition.
Fantastic result for Speed Car in the Car Cross category. In addition to once again being the most represented brand, with ten of the forty-five participants in Arteixo competing with the Wonder and Xtrem models manufactured by Industrias Lahoz, two of them completely dominated the weekend. Quim González and Pol Durán were the fastest right from the qualifying session, in which they took the top two positions, with Pol followed by Quim by just eighty-four thousandths of a second. Both won their three heats, which gave them the top two positions on the starting grid for the final, in which Quim managed to overtake Pol in the early stages and stay ahead of his teammate until the chequered flag, with Quim crossing the line first and Pol just half a second behind to complete a magnificent one-two for the Speed Car Wonders.
Two other drivers reached the final with their Speed Car Wonder. The next driver from the Catalan brand to cross the finish line was Marco Matador from Cantabria, who finished the eight laps in seventh position, although a drive-through penalty dropped him to tenth place in the official results of the race. Josep Aranda had worse luck, starting from fifth position but getting involved in an incident during the always frenetic first lap and being forced to retire, being classified in fifteenth place.
Four of the twenty-four participants in the Car Cross Series category in Arteixo competed with vehicles manufactured by Industrias Lahoz. Two reached the final of the top fifteen with their Speed Car Wonder. The highest ranked in the decisive race was Jon Bikendi, who finished in sixth position after coming second in the timed session and eighth in the heats, in which he achieved two fourth places and one fifth. Ansel Llovera finished ninth in the final, steadily gaining positions after coming eleventh in qualifying and tenth in the heats.
Three drivers participated in Arteixo at the wheel of Speed Car Wonder models in the Junior category. Two of them reached the final, with Bryan Luca Neumeyer achieving the best classification. The young German stood out from the timed session, in which he set the third-best time of the nineteen competitors present at the Coruña event. In the heats, Bryan achieved one victory, one third place and one seventh place, results that gave him fourth position on the starting grid for the final, in which he crossed the finish line fourth, subsequently moving up to third place on the podium when the driver who finished just ahead of him was penalised.
The other Speed Car Wonder in the Junior final in Arteixo was driven by Saul Martínez, who finished in eighth place after a weekend of steady progress, with twelfth place in the qualifying and ninth in the heats, finishing fifth in the first, fourth in the second and third in the last.
