The penultimate round of the 2025 Spanish Loterias Rallycross Championship took place on 14 and 15 September at the Montalegre circuit in Portugal. The cathedral of Portuguese rallycross hosted the fourth round of the season, which was once again very successful for the Speed Car Wonder cars, with Diego Martínez, Marco Matador and Álvaro Gutiérrez taking the podium in CrossCar and Miquel Verger achieving second place in Junior.
For the third consecutive race, three Speed Car Wonder cars finished in the top three positions in the Crosscar RX final. On this occasion, victory went to Diego Martínez, who won after an intense duel with the winner of the previous two races, Marco Matador, reducing the gap between the two in the fight for the title, which will be decided in the final round of the competition between the drivers of the CarCross cars manufactured by Industrias Lahoz.
As in the finals in Calafat and Castelo Branco, Álvaro Martínez finished in third place, completing another all-Speed Car podium in the Crosscar RX category.
After securing his first podium finish in Calafat Branco by ending the final in third place, Miquel Verger was once again among the best in the Junior category in Montalegre. On this occasion, the young Speed Car Wonder driver also improved on his previous result by finishing second in the final classification. However, the Portuguese race ended up being a bitter one for his teammate, Hugo Fuertes, who had finished the race in second place but was disqualified after the final technical checks.
